- What does the process look like?
- A short initial conversation first — no pitch, just listening. From there I'll either audit what you have or scope what you need, put together a clear written proposal, then build and launch. You're involved at each step and there are no surprises.
- How long does a build take?
- Most standard builds take three to five weeks from sign-off to launch. Smaller projects like landing pages can be live in under two weeks. Timelines depend on content readiness and feedback turnaround more than anything else.
- Do you work with businesses outside Perth?
- Yes. Most of the work is done remotely and geography doesn't affect the quality or process. I have clients in other states and overseas. If you're local and want to meet in person, that's fine too — but it's not a requirement.
- I already have a website — can you still help?
- Absolutely. A lot of enquiries start with an existing site that isn't performing, or that the owner doesn't fully understand. I can review it, fix specific issues, migrate it to better hosting, or rebuild it properly if that's what it needs.
